Designed for reinforced hold*, URGO extreme blisters relieve pain. The extra-thick  raised mesh distributed across  this large format insulates blisters from pressure and friction.

How should you use this product?

1. Whether or not the blister has burst, clean it and the surrounding area with mild soap and water. Dry with a sterile dressing or leave to air-dry. Ensure the area to be treated is free from cream or oil.
2. Warm the dressing between your hands to make it more conformable and improve adhesion.
3. Remove the shiny protective tabs without touching the adhesive side.
4. Position the plaster over the blister
5. Press firmly and smooth the plaster thoroughly.
6. Remove the patterned backing paper.

Leave the plaster in place until it detaches on its own. Do not wear it for more than 7 days. To remove, carefully lift the edge of the plaster and gently roll it back  to loosen it. Replace following the instructions for use.

How do the blisters appear?

The blister is a very fine blister filled with a clear fluid trapped under the skin. It is most often located on the feet or hands. After repeated rubbing of the skin (shoes, tools, etc.) it develops and becomes very painful.

Frequently asked questions

What precautions should you take when using this product?
 

- For external use only.
- Single-use, do not cut or reposition once applied and do not reuse (risk of infection).
- Do not use if allergic to the dressing or any of the ingredients.
- If fluid leaks around the dressing, change it.
- Do not apply a dressing or remove an already-applied dressing and consult a doctor:
In the blister worsens or shows no  improvement within 6 days of treatment
If there are signs of infection (redness, pain, heat, swelling around the wound, pus, ...) or if the wound is open (no  skin) - 
or in case of doubt or discomfort
Diabetic patients should use hydrocolloid plasters only under medical or nursing supervision.
- Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
- Store plasters in their original box.
- Do not use after the expiry date (shown on the box).
- Do not use on open or infected wounds.

What formats are available in the URGO Extreme blister boxes?

 There are two formats.
- Box of 5 plasters in the format 6.8 x 4.2 cm
- Box of 10 plasters in the format 6.8 x 4.2 cm
