Relieves pain
Promotes healing**

For what? For whom?

URGO finger/toe blisters is a hydrocolloid plaster that relieves and promotes healing of blisters on the fingers and toes.

Format :
Plasters x5
Intended for :
Children
Teenagers
Adults
Age :
From 14 years old

Why choose this product?

Thanks to its compact format, URGO finger/toe blisters fits perfectly  to the shape of the toe or finger for effective blister treatment.

  • Isolates the blister from pressure and friction for immediate pain relief with its thickened core pad
  • Promotes blister healing thanks to the hydrocolloid matrix of the dressing, which forms a skin-reconstituting gel on contact with the blister

How should you use this product?

1. Do not puncture the blister. If it has already burst, clean it and  the surrounding area with soap and water and disinfect with an alcohol-free antiseptic solution.
2. Remove the transparent tab (indicated by the arrow) and warm the plaster in the palms of your hands before removing the decorative backing paper.
3. Apply to clean, dry skin by positioning the central part of the plaster directly over the blister.
4. Smooth the edges carefully to optimize adhesion.
5. Do not leave the plaster in place for more than 2-3 days; remove  it if it has not detached on its own. Replace following the instructions for use.

How do the blisters appear?

The blister is a very fine blister filled with a clear fluid trapped under the skin. It is most often located on the feet or hands. After repeated rubbing of the skin (shoes, tools, etc.) it develops and becomes very painful.

Frequently asked questions

What are the contraindications for URGO finger/toe blisters?

Contraindicated on infected wounds, for arterial disease of the foot and for infected diabetic foot.

What precautions should you take when using URGO finger/toe blisters?

  • Non-sterile hydrocolloid plaster for the treatment of blisters, water-resistant for daily washing.
  • Must be applied by an adult for children aged under 16.
  • Do not cut. Single-use, do not reposition once applied and do not reuse the same plaster (risk of infection),
  • Hydrocolloid plaster - forms a white gel with wound secretions.
  • If sticky hydrocolloid remains on the skin, soaking in water is recommended: the adhesive will swell, lose stickiness and detach.
  • Do not apply a plaster or remove an already-applied plaster and consult a doctor:
    – if the blister worsens or shows no improvement within 6 days of treatment,
    – if there are signs of infection (redness, pain, heat, swelling around the
    wound, pus, etc.)
    – or in case of doubt or discomfort.
  • Diabetic patients should use hydrocolloid plasters only under medical or nursing supervision.
  • Do not use for more than 30 consecutive days.
