How should you use this product?

1. Clean, disinfect, rinse and dry the wound and surrounding skin thoroughly.
2. Apply the plaster,  smoothing the edges carefully.
3. Repeat at least twice a day and after each shower.

To minimize any risk of infection or skin reactions:
– Follow the instructions for use carefully.
– Do not reuse a used plaster.
– Do not use on wounds longer or wider than the plaster that may extend from it.
– Do not apply to the eyes, thin skin or mucous membranes.
– Do not use after the expiry date.
– Do not use a damaged product.
– Do not use if there is a risk of latex allergy.
– If you have diabetes, consult your doctor before use.

Any serious incident that occurs in connection with the product must be reported to RFX+CARE, URGO HEALTHCARE Laboratories, and the French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM)

Why is it necessary to treat a superficial wound?

Although superficial, small wounds require proper care and a clear treatment approach.

- First: clean the wound with clean water and disinfect it with an antiseptic. Then, rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Next: choose a dressing that protects against dirt and bacteria to prevent contamination.
- Finally: to heal without scarring, apply a healing dressing as soon as the wound stops bleeding.

Frequently asked questions

What precautions should you take when using URGO Glitter plasters?

Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
If there are foreign bodies in the wound, significant bleeding, a bite, a puncture from a sharp and/or contaminated object, or if you see no improvement in healing after 6 days, consult your pharmacist or doctor.

Are there any side effects regarding the use of URGO glitter plasters?

Like any plaster, this product may cause skin reactions such as dermatitis, irritation, or pain on removal.

What formats are included in the URGO Glitter pre-cut plasters box? 

The box contains 18 plasters in two sizes and three colours.
